The many years of experience at Auluna Private Label is in particular expressed in our production setup. And in our in-depth knowledge of how to create commercial and competitive outerwear fashion in qualities such as leather, suede, PU and fake fur.

Our production setup includes:

Purchasing department at our head office in Denmark
Production office in Hangzhou, China
4 specialized factories in China
2 specialized factories in India
Internal and external quality control department
Logistics department at the head office in Denmark.

Sourcing

Our trend department continuously keeps our production office and closest production partners in Asia up to date with the latest trends. This ensures that they are always at the forefront of sourcing fabrics and accessories for future seasons – and consequently we are price competitive.

Qualities

We mainly develop and produce outerwear in the following qualities:

Leather
Imitation leather (PU)
Fake fur
Suede
Imitation suede (fake suede / faux suede)
Double face
Wool mix
Padded and down filled fabrics

As a value-creating add on to our customers’ collections, we also develop and produce trousers, skirts and dresses in leather, suede and PU.

Production

It requires thoroughly knowledge of fabrics and production methods to deliver competitive outerwear in leather, PU, fake fur and similar qualities. Consequently, we have carefully built up our network of trusted and quality-conscious factories in China and India over the last many years. Each factory is carefully selected for its production expertise and management’s efforts in the field of environment and working conditions. We therefore only use factories that holds a valid BSCI as well as GRS certificate.

Quality control

Auluna Private Label is characterized by exquisite transparency in the cooperation with both factories and customers. Quality control can therefore be carried out in one of the following ways as desired:

Your own QC (factory visits are agreed with Auluna Private Label)
Your own QC + QC from our production office
External QC (we use a nominated third party QC in China).

Quality control is carried out both in production start-up, in-line and as a final inspection.

Logistics

We deliver Free On Board (FOB) or Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) as desired. If you choose DDP delivery our in-house logistics department provides a logistic solution which matches your requests for price and time of transportation.

Payment

Auluna Private Label is a well consolidated company and we offer our customers the possibility to trade in following currencies – USD, EURO or RMB. Our financial strengths also allow us to offer competitive terms of trade with our customers.
